We understand that some users in different areas are having trouble syncing their Freestyle Libre data with Enhance-d. We are investigating this and will keep you in the loop as we gather more information. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this is causing, and we are working hard to resolve the issue.
We're migrating from Google Fit to Android Health Connect. We hope to deliver this inside any build published after 1.0.1 (85) but we will keep you posted here.
🚀 We’re pushing to bring Nightscout insulin data directly into the Enhance-d platform. We're currently refining our Insulin Pump display before we can roll this out to all users who use Nightscout for Insulin management. If this feature would make a difference for you, we want to hear about it! 💬 Here’s how you can help: ✅ Upvote this post to show your support. 💡 Drop a comment below to share why this matters to you. Your feedback drives our innovation — let’s make it happen together!
Be able to view insulin pump data on the Mobile App and Dashboard
Pull Insulin Into the Mobile App
Hey there! We’ve noticed a few users having trouble getting their data from Komoot to sync. We’re on the case and will keep you posted as soon as we have any updates. Sorry for the hassle, and we’re doing our best to fix this ASAP! Henry & the Enhance-d Team
We're currently aware of an issue with the Guardian monitor uploader app for Medtronic data to Nightscout that some users are using. Whilst this app is in no way related to us, we are working closely with the developer to resolve this issue. The uploader does not apply a proper UTC offset value in its upload to nightscout, which in turn means that all values are treated as being UTC. This means that any blood glucose values uploaded via this mechanism may appear several hours in front or behind your local time depending on your offset to UTC. Nightscout applies front-end timezone conversions and stores all data as UTC relative, however, we store data with a UTC value and its UTC offset so that we can display data in the user's local time irrespective of where you are looking. This is important for people who may be having their data reviewed by others but also allows mobile app users to look at activities and glucose data in the other users local time rather than being relative to the onlooker. We hope that guardian monitor app will be updated soon to resolve this issue and correctly store UTC offset values based on the uploader's local time zone.
Due to local regulations, we do not yet have access to Germany based user's Freestyle Libre data. But we're working on making this possible.
My new exercise activities do not show glucose. Sleep shows glucose trace fine. Dexcom shows glucose readings. Enhance-d has all the data from Strava, but nothing from Dexcom. My brother is using Dexcom Follow and sees my readings.
Currently the app applies smoothing to the graphs however short sharp changes are not visible as a result. This particular affects intervals with high intensity short bursts such as NM / AC / MAX efforts.
AI carb counting app. Please can you integrate ?
A global map feature that displays user activities geographically on an opt-in basis. Allowing users to see general and geographical trends in exercise and find and interact with others based on location. This feature is aimed at encouraging social connections between users.
I've tried a few different photos and keep getting an error on save.
Using nightscout and Medtronic system - the CGM data from my activities often takes ages to come to activities, if it comes at all. All the data is viewable on the desktop dashboard straight away but not on the app for some reason. Example image from run this morning:
A minor detail / bug: the y-axis on the CGM trace graph always goes from 0 - 400. Would improve interpretability if the axis adjusts to the actual range during the activity (in my example something around 50 to 150). This would help to recognize small changes in glucose.
Create privacy zones around the start and end of activities to mask the start and end locations of activities.
Downloaded insulin injections which are record in the freestyle app via nova pen wireless sync are displayed incorrectly in the graph on the app but have the correct timestamps in events table view. I am running the latest version of the app (1.9) and live in the uk.
Add Carb Manager as an integration
Recommend how much and what to eat after each workouts based on energy expenditure and energy stores depletion (it's based on heart rate data and training regime data).
When in activity details, the map screen is live immediately, so when you try and scroll down, you just move the map - not the case in feed. Perhaps map movement could require a long press to engage or something? edit: did a screen recording to show this but canny only allows image upload, so email me if you want it.
Carbohydrate information (or any meals) does not appear to be pulling down with the Nutracheck Integration.
A page with all your exercise and diabetes management progress.
We have been made aware of a small number of users experiencing data sync issues from Freestyle Libre integration. We're investigating the issue and hope to have an update and resolution in the coming days. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience this may be causing you and are working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Whoop syncronised activities do not contain Heart Rate data charts.
Some feedback from Diabetes Specialist Nurse, add a 3 point ID check information on the patient's profile next to name / age Examples could be - DOB - Address Line 1 - Zip / Postcode - Email Address
So, 3 issues to post here, first one a simple visual one 1. Without a dark mode, the status bar (time, battery, signal) is almost invisible in the app currently on iOS - white on white. Suggest inverting the colour / trying to enable a dark mode for dark mode fanatics like moi... :) it only took strava 15 yrs so maybe Enhance-D could be faster? :) :
If I inject at 0709, it won't show as 0709 but 0700 (on the top of the hour).
Adding personal and private comments and/or notes to specific activities so that it's possibile to keep track of specific information
Fix an iPad / tablet display issue that overlays the word feed with the feed icon in the bottom menu, bar on certain screen aspect ratios / window sizes. Issue was present on iPad 6th generation.
Add the functionality to delete Manual entries
Ability to rename activities or pull updated name from original source with a refresh button.
Add an integration for Rouvy virtual cycling platform
Have the possibility to invite your friends directly from the Enhance-d App and create your internal community.
We're investigating an issue where CGM data from Freestyle Libre is currently being provided with multiple or missing time zones from Abbott. We're working with them to resolve the issue and hope to provide a fix very soon. We will keep this post updated with progress over the weekend and early next week as we work together to resolve this issue.
Add a GMI / Estimated A1C to the mobile app
Integrate activities from FinalSurge
Due to local regulations, we do not yet have access to Austria based user's Freestyle Libre data. But we're working on making this possible.
Improve the contrast of onboarding buttons which can be difficult to read when screen brightness is turned down low
I did activity at 8:37 AM. But this app shows it as 8:07 AM
Can be hard to tell if an activity is a ride, a run, or something else - particularly if title of activity in different language or manually edited - would it make sense to add some kind of 'activity type' icon?
Still issues with timestamps for freestyle abbot cgm which are in UTC, not local time. They do not sync with the “local time” used for exercise / manual carbs input (out of sync by 1hr).
Following the release of our Mobile App Version 1.2.0 (108) in which we brought Carbohydrate (and insulin for MDI users) displays to the app, we will look to pull Carbohydrate entries from Nightscout. This will likely come before we can support insulin data from nightscout which you can track the progress of here https://support.enhance-d.com/feedback/nightscout-insulin-integration
Add Hammerhead as an integration
It would nice to personalise notifications. It’s nice to get a notification that someone has liked or commented on your activity but I don’t need the “new activity” ones so I’d prefer to have the option to turn those off.
Error occurring on app load after v1.2.0
We have noticed a bug in Google Fit activities where the local timezone are not kept and all activities are pulled through in UTC. As such if you have an activity recorded in CEST (UTC +2 in summer) then you will notice the timestamp on this activity being shown as 2 hours earlier than the local time the activity was completed.
Change the way the Time in Range during exercise is calculated to consider event duration.
Show Sleep as an activity on the profile page and personal feed, displayable only to the user. Show their glucose levels but also quality and types of sleep if data is available. Consider adding a sleep qantity / quality graph to the profle also
Hi, I wanted to suggest adding the climbing app Redpoint to the list of possible integrations. The data provided by apple health for climbing is very rudimentary.
