Use Abbott's Freestyle Libre data from Germany based users

Great news for our German users! You can now sync your glucose, carbohydrate, and insulin data directly from the Freestyle Libre app if you’re based in Germany! This adds to the countries we already support globally (with France still pending). Simply open the Enhance-d app, head to Integrations, and connect your Freestyle Libre account to get started.
