Follow any one of these steps to add a patient to your clinic in the Enhance-d dashboard.
Method 1 - Scan a Clinic Poster
Patients who are using the mobile app can join your clinic by scanning a Clinic Poster QR Code using their mobile phones. This provides the quickest and easiest way to link their data to your clinic without manually sharing a clinic ID, or sending a request email.

Method 2 - Sharing Your Clinic ID
Log into the Dashboard
Go to https://dashboard.enhance-d.com and sign in to your account.
Select Your Clinic
If you are linked to multiple clinics, choose the correct one from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side
Click the + Add a Patient button
above the patient list
Share your clinic ID
with the patient via email from the provided box.
you can also copy it from here if the patient can't access their emails.

On Mobile
click the link in the email to open the Enhance-d app to send a paring request
On Desktop / Tablet
Click the link in the email to open the dashboard and complete pairing
Enter the clinic code inside the dashboard under their settings page
Approve the Patient’s Request
Once the patient enters your clinic ID and requests to join, you’ll need to approve the request in the Requests tab.
Method 3 - Patient Sharing Their Patient ID
Patients who are using the mobile app can join your clinic by scanning a Clinic Poster Patients can share their Patient ID directly from the Enhance-d mobile app to link their data with a healthcare professional.
Steps for Patients:
Open the Enhance-d Mobile App.
Go to the Search tab.
Tap the Clinics icon at the top of the page.
Select "Share Your Patient ID".
Enter your email address and click Send.
Steps for Healthcare Professionals:
Log into the Enhance-d Dashboard first
https://dashboard.enhance-d.com.Check your email and click the link provided.
Select the clinic where you want to add the patient to.
Click Confirm to complete the process.
The patient will then need to accept this sharing request from their clinic's page in the mobile app.
