3 ways you can connect yourself to your clinic

You can securely connect with your healthcare professional in Enhance-d using one of these methods:



Method 1 - Scan a Clinic Poster (Fastest & Easiest)

If you see a Clinic Poster with a QR code, follow these steps to quickly link your data to the clinic:

  1. Scan the QR code on the poster using your phone’s camera.

    • If you don’t have the Enhance-d app, you’ll be prompted to download it. Install the app, then scan the QR code again.

    • If you already have the app, it will open automatically.

  2. A pop-up box will appear with the clinic’s name.

  3. Confirm that you want to share your data with the clinic.

  4. Your healthcare provider will need to approve your request before they can view your data.



Method 2 - Enter a Clinic ID

If your healthcare provider gives you a Clinic ID, you can manually link your account:


On Mobile:

  1. Open the email from your healthcare provider.

  2. Click the link in the email to open the Enhance-d app.

    • If you don’t have the Enhance-d app, you’ll be prompted to download it. Install the app, then scan the QR code again.

    • If you already have the app, it will open automatically.

  3. A pop-up box will appear with the clinic’s name.

  4. Confirm that you want to share your data with the clinic.

  5. Your healthcare provider will need to approve your request before they can view your data.

On Desktop/Tablet:

  1. Open the email from your healthcare provider.

  2. Click the link to open the Enhance-d dashboard.

  3. Enter the clinic code under the Settings page in the dashboard.

Your healthcare professional will then need to approve your request in the dashboard before the connection is complete.



Method 3 - Share Your Patient ID

Instead of receiving a Clinic ID, you can share your Patient ID directly from the Enhance-d app with your healthcare professional.

Steps for Patients:

  1. Open the Enhance-d Mobile App.

  2. Go to the Search tab.

  3. Tap the Clinics icon at the top of the page.

  4. Select "Share Your Patient ID".

  5. Enter your email address and click Send.

Steps for Healthcare Professionals:

  1. Log into the Enhance-d Dashboard: https://dashboard.enhance-d.com.

  2. Click the link in the email to accept the request.

  3. Select the clinic where they want to add you.

  4. Click Confirm to complete the process.

🔹 Final Step: Once your healthcare professional confirms the request, you will need to accept it in the Clinics page in the mobile app.
