As a healthcare professional (HCP), each patient is linked to a clinic ID in order for you to view their data. Every HCP account includes:
Your Own Patients – A private clinic account just for you.
Shared Clinic Accounts – You may also be connected to one or more shared clinics, such as a hospital or healthcare institution.
Finding Your Clinic ID
For Clinic Admins
Log into the dashboard: https://dashboard.enhance-d.com
Select your clinic from the drop-down menu (if you manage multiple clinics).
Click Doctors and Staff.
Click + Add Doctor or Staff.
Share the clinic ID via email with a doctor, or copy it from the provided box.
Once they send a request to join your clinic, you’ll need to approve it in the Requests tab.
For Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
Log into the dashboard: https://dashboard.enhance-d.com
Select your clinic from the drop-down menu (if you are linked to multiple clinics).
Click Add Patient.
Share the clinic ID via email with a patient, or copy it from the provided box.
Once they send a request to join your clinic, you’ll need to approve it in the Requests tab.
