Scrolling down the feed could show the same post twice or skip one, because each page was ranked at a slightly different moment. A scroll is now ranked as of the moment it started.

Repeated and missing posts: Each page of the feed was ranked as of the moment it loaded, against a pool of posts that grew as you scrolled and took in anything posted since. Scores drifted from page to page, so posts repeated or were skipped. A scroll is now ranked as of the moment it started, and anything posted after that waits for your next refresh.

Pair with app 2.6.1, where the feed only changes when you refresh, so a long scroll stays in one piece.
