Connecting Libre - Alternative Method

Please click here to view a video on how to manually connect the Freestyle Libre clinic to your account inside the Freestyle LibreLink / Libre 3 App.

After completing the steps in this video, please disconnect and reconnect the Freestyle Libre to the Enhance-d App.

1. Open Freestyle LibreLink / Libre 3 App.

2. Open the menu icon - in the top left.

3. Press Connected Apps.

4. Press Connect next to LibreView.

5. Press Connect to a Practice.

6. Enter the Practice ID: Connect-Libre.

7. Press Next.

8. Confirm the Practice with the details.

Name: Libre Connect

Practice ID: Connect-Libre

Practice Address: NA, NA, London, SW8 8DE

Practice Phone Number: 099999999999

9. Click Connect.

1. Open the Enhance-d App.

2. Open the Integrations Page.

3. Disconnect Freestyle Libre if already connected.

4. Reconnect Freestyle Libre.

After a short while, data should start pulling through to your activities and profile again, and retrospective activities should update.
