Activities could show the icon of the wrong glucose source. The icon now matches the source the activity's glucose came from, and Gluroo is included when choosing that source.

🐛 Bug Fixes
Wrong source icon on activities: The glucose source icon on an activity and on a night's sleep could belong to a different connection from the one the glucose came from. It now matches.
Gluroo left out: Gluroo was missing from the order we use to pick a glucose source for activities. It is now included.
📝 Notes
Activities processed from now on show the corrected icon.
