If I inject at 0709, it won't show as 0709 but 0700 (on the top of the hour).

We're investigating this issue and can confirm this only applies to Freestyle Libre originating events (including those originating from NovoPen 6 / NovoPen Echo smart pens).
The issue appears to originate with the 3rd party data provider, and we are discussing 3rd parties to find a resolution to this issue.
We do not have a timescale yet, but we will keep you updated on it's progress.
For the time being, we are resolving a bug at (https://support.enhance-d.com/feedback/unable-to-update-times-of-integrated-insulin-carb-entries) to provide a short-term solution to allow you manually edit these times inside the Enhance-d app.

This issue is now resolved, bolus injections now appear as the correct exact time.
Due to restrictions on FreeStyle Libre's API, basal injections still appear at the top of the hour. We are working on updating the app interface to reflect this.
