Here are some errors you may see, what they mean and how to resolve them
FREESTYLE LIBRE CGM PROVIDED WITH INCORRECT TIME ZONE
We're investigating an issue where CGM data from Freestyle Libre is currently being provided with multiple or missing time zones from Abbott. We're working with them to resolve the issue and hope to provide a fix very soon.
CGM data may be inaccurate
Your glucose data was provided in a different timezone (UTC+/-xyz) compared to your device (UTC+/-xyz)

This indicates that the glucose data you’re receiving may have a different timezone than your phone’s. As a result, CGM data might not be displayed correctly throughout the day or may be incorrectly paired with activities. If you have multiple CGM sources, you may experience unusual trace behaviour.
To resolve this, you can try the following:
Ensure your devices’ timezone is set to automatically pull or to the correct timezone.
Check your glucose source is displaying the correct timezone on it's app/website.
If you’re using Nightscout, verify that the API has a UTCoffset value correctly set at https://yoururl.com/api/v1/entries.json?sgv. This should display something like “utcOffset”: 120, indicating a timezone of UTC +2 hours (120 minutes).
Consider disabling the problematic glucose source and using an alternative source.

This suggests that the glucose data you’re sending us appears to have come from multiple time zones throughout the day. This is normal if you’ve been travelling across or near different time zones, but if not, it could indicate a problem with your phone or CGM application.
