and is my data kept private?

Your Data, Your Control

In the Enhance-d app, your data remains private unless you choose to share it. We understand how valuable it is to see others managing diabetes and exercise successfully, which is why we're building community-driven features into the app—like the Feed tab, where you can see and learn from others' experiences.

Sharing is Always Optional

We use a Follow Request System, meaning no one can see your activity data unless:
✅ They send you a follow request.
✅ You accept their request.

Similarly, if you want to see someone else's activity, you must send them a request, and they must accept it.

You Decide Who Sees Your Data

Unlike some social media platforms, following is not mutual by default. This means:

  • You can request to follow someone without sharing your own data.

  • If they want to see your activities, they must send their own request to follow you.

Granular Control, Simple to Use

With just a few taps, you can choose exactly who sees your data and whose activities you follow. You can update your sharing preferences at any time, giving you complete control over your experience.
