No double-counted glucose, and no flood of notifications
Glucose readings are no longer counted twice in charts and stats, and connecting an app no longer sends a notification for every old activity it imports.

Glucose counted twice: The same reading could appear twice, skewing your charts and stats. Charts, stats and activities now count each reading once.
Notifications for old activities: When a connection imported your activity history, you could get a notification for every past activity. Only new activities now send a notification, and duplicate notifications are avoided.
Large notification sends failing: Notifications are now sent in smaller batches, so a large send no longer fails all at once.
