Nightscout readings without a time zone land at the right time

When Nightscout sends a reading with no time zone, Enhance-d now uses the nearest time zone we have on record for you, so your glucose shows at the right local time.

Some Nightscout readings arrive without any time zone information. Until now those readings were stored as if you were on UTC, which could shift them on your charts.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Nightscout readings at the wrong time: A reading with a missing or zero time zone now takes the nearest time zone we have on record for you, so it lines up with the rest of your day.
