Nightscout entries without a date are no longer lost

Nightscout entries that arrived without a date were being dropped. They now use the time they were created instead.

Released 17 January 2025

🐛 Bug Fixes

Entries without a date: When a Nightscout entry had no date, it now falls back to the time it was created, rather than being lost.
Empty carbs: Empty carb entries from Nightscout are skipped.
