- The AGS is a newly developed composite metric that provides a holistic view of your daily glucose and exercise management. This score improves based on factors such as daily time in glucose range, glucose stability, step count, activity duration, and time in range during exercise.
📈 Spot Trends in Your Data
- 7 Day View:
- Experience the new 7 Day view, which provides a visual representation of your daily time in range, highlighting trends across the week. It also tracks your time in range during exercise, giving you insights into how physical activity impacts your glucose levels on different days. You'll also be able to track that AGS metric and your daily steps across the previous 7 days.

- Glucose in as Little as 5 Minutes Nightscout users can now receive glucose readings in as little as 5 minutes. This is a big improvement to the user experience and we will be actively looking to do the same to Dexcom and Libre users as soon as possible..
