Connecting Hammerhead Karoo from the Integrations page went straight to a "Failed to connect" screen, without ever opening the Hammerhead sign-in page. Trying again later did not help.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Hammerhead Karoo would not connect: We connect to Hammerhead through our integrations partner, Terra, and Hammerhead had been switched off in our Terra account. Every new connection was turned away before it reached Hammerhead. It is switched back on, and tapping Connect now takes you to the Hammerhead sign-in page as it should.
📝 Notes
- Nothing to update in the app. The fix was made on the Terra side.
- If you saw the error, open Settings > Integrations, find Hammerhead Karoo and connect again.
- If you were already connected to Hammerhead Karoo, your existing connection was not affected.
