Dexcom now refreshes its sign-in when it is turned away in either of the ways Dexcom reports it, so syncing carries on. Nutrition from connected apps also saves more reliably.

🐛 Bug Fixes
Dexcom stopping: Enhance-d only refreshed your Dexcom sign-in on one kind of rejection. It now refreshes on both kinds Dexcom sends, so your glucose keeps coming in.
Nutrition saving: A day of nutrition that could not be matched no longer trips up the rest of the save. It is skipped and the other days carry on.
