Deleting your account failed for many people, and for people with a lot of glucose data it ran out of time. Deletion now completes, and it also removes you from our email list.
Released 11 October 2026
🐛 Bug Fixes
Deletion stopped with an error: Some data linked to your account, such as podcast listens and glucose from some connections, blocked the delete, so it failed. Everything linked to your account is now removed with it.
Timing out: For someone with years of CGM data, deleting took longer than allowed and was cancelled. Glucose is now removed a month at a time, so the delete finishes.
🦋 Improvements
Email list too: Deleting your account now also removes your contact from our email list.
📝 Notes
Nothing to update or reconnect. This is a change on our servers.
If deleting your account failed before, you can try again now.
