Reply to comments, mention people with @, and get a new notification list that updates live, with preferences for what you are notified about.

- Replies: Reply to a comment, and delete your replies.
- Mentions: Mention someone with @ to let them know.
- New notifications: A new notification list that updates live while the app is open, with your name and links to what each one is about.
- Notification preferences: Choose which notifications you get.
- Delete logs: Delete entries you have logged.

- Feed: Activity cards without CGM data are left out of the feed.
- Insulin list: Sorted alphabetically.
- Emails: Shorter, clearer buttons in our emails.
