Activity ready: When an activity syncs from one of your connections, you get a push notification once it is ready to view.

Handle changes: Notifications now point to people by their account rather than their handle, so they keep working if someone changes their handle.
Unregistering your phone: The app can now remove your phone from push notifications, so it stops receiving them.
Insulin duration: Insulin entries now default to a duration of 5 minutes.
