What is My Clinic ID / Clinic Code?

As a healthcare professional (HCP), each patient is linked to a clinic ID in order for you to view their data. Every HCP account includes:

• Your Own Patients - A private clinic account just for you.
• Shared Clinic Accounts - You may also be connected to one or more shared clinics, such as a hospital or healthcare institution.

Finding Your Clinic ID

For Clinic Admins

1. Log into the dashboard: https://dashboard.enhance-d.com
2. Select your clinic from the drop-down menu (if you manage multiple clinics).
3. Click Doctors and Staff.
4. Click + Add Doctor or Staff.
5. Share the clinic ID via email with a doctor, or copy it from the provided box.
6. Once they send a request to join your clinic, you’ll need to approve it in the Requests tab.

For Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)

1. Log into the dashboard: https://dashboard.enhance-d.com
2. Select your clinic from the drop-down menu (if you are linked to multiple clinics).
3. Click Add Patient.
4. Share the clinic ID via email with a patient, or copy it from the provided box.
5. Once they send a request to join your clinic, you’ll need to approve it in the Requests tab.
