Change Clinic Name or Address

Note : Only users with clinic administrator permissions will be able to complete this

Step by Step

1. Visit the enhance-d dashboard - https://dashboard.enhance-d.com
2. Login (if you're not already).
3. Click your initials in the top right (or it may show a profile photo).
4. Click the Clinic Connections tab
5. Click Edit profile next to the clinic or cohort you want to update
6. Update your name and/or address
7. Press Save changes
